I started dry brining my Thanksgiving turkey years back, and even the "don't use too much salt" crowd loves it. Not sure why I never thought to use the same method for chicken!

I never thought to pre-salt with scrambled eggs, but it makes all the sense. I do it for frittata, why wouldn't I do it for regular scrambled eggs?
