I too live in the country in TN but I'm on the east mountains so I know about inaccessible places. Congratulations on the bridge! The dumplings look yummy! I will forever stand for lumpy dumplings... those rolled out ones just aren't like Mamaw's. And Japanese stationary is in a class of its own. My son has been to Japan twice and I always ask for notebooks and pens!!
